About

Napora Studio is one person.

No support desk, no subcontractors and no handing your project on. One person leads it from the first call to launch — and answers for all of it.

Radosław Napora

Founder, Napora Studio

I design and code websites and online stores. I do not hire subcontractors and I do not run twenty projects at once — I take on as much as I can personally look after. You talk to me, I do the design, I write the code, and I am the one who picks up the phone when something is on fire.

Why one person

This is a choice, not a compromise.

In a world of agencies employing dozens of people, I deliberately chose a narrower path.

A large agency has an account manager, a project manager, juniors and seniors. It sounds safe until you count how many people have to exchange messages before someone fixes a single section on your website. The project joins a queue, passes through several pairs of hands, and in the end nobody feels fully responsible for it.

With me that path is as short as it gets. You know who you are talking to, you know who writes your code, and you know who to call when something stops working. I never have to hand over context, because I hold all of it — from the business goal, through every design decision, to the last line of code.

This model has a price and I will say it plainly: I will not run ten projects at once, and I will not take on every project. If I cannot deliver something to a standard I consider good, I will tell you on the first call — instead of taking the job and looking for someone to patch it together for me.

The toolkit

What I build with, and why.

Technology is not decoration on an offer. Each of these choices solves a concrete problem you would otherwise have.

I write websites and applications in Next.js and render them statically — so they load in a fraction of a second, and Google rewards that with a higher position in the results. You manage content in Payload CMS, which runs on your own server and charges no subscription just to reach your own text. Stores are built on MedusaJS, because it lets sales logic grow without fighting the limits of someone else's platform.

They have one thing in common: they are standard, open tools with no private tricks. I am not building your dependence on me — any developer you hire after me will open that repository and understand what is going on inside. I do not use these technologies because they are fashionable, but because they leave you free to walk away.

Fit

Who I work best with.

I would rather say this up front than halfway through the project. If you recognise yourself in the right-hand column, I will honestly advise against working together.

We will get along

Better find someone else

You want one person who knows the whole project and answers for the result.

You need a team of ten and a dedicated project manager.

You treat the website as a tool that should bring enquiries and sales.

You are looking for the cheapest website online and only price matters.

You want to own the code and stay free to change your developer.

You would rather pay a subscription and let someone else hold your site.

You have time for one call a week and can make decisions yourself.

Every decision needs a committee, and the project was due yesterday.

Taking on new projects

A good project starts with a good conversation.

Tell me about your business — I will say plainly what I can do for you and what it costs. The first call is free and commits you to nothing.
