One-person studio

You work with me, not with a support desk.

I design and code websites and online stores. From the first call to launch you have one point of contact - the same person who writes your code.

  • No strings attached
  • I reply within 24 h
  • The code is 100% yours

Diagnosis

What usually goes wrong.

Three reasons clients come to me after a project that failed.

Your project joins a queue

You talk to an account manager, someone else writes the code, and the decisions are made in a meeting you are not invited to. Responsibility is spread across departments until nobody feels it in full.

A template that breaks on update

A marketplace theme and twenty plugins. It works on launch day. By year three every update is a gamble, and the quote for a small fix keeps growing because nobody wants to touch it.

You cannot walk away

Code on someone else's server, a licence on someone else's invoice, admin access behind a subscription. Changing vendor stops being a business decision and becomes a rebuild from scratch.

Process

How working with me looks.

Four stages and one person to talk to throughout. At every stage you know what is happening and what comes next.

The call

Fifteen free minutes. I ask about your business goal, not your favourite colour. You leave with a concrete quote and a date - or with an honest “this is not a project for me”.

The design

You see every screen before the first line of code exists. You approve it, or we fix it. Changes here are free - the expensive ones are those discovered at the end.

The code

Next.js and Payload, written from scratch for your project. You are not left out of the loop while I build - I come to you whenever something needs deciding, not at handover.

Launch and care

I move the site to production and teach you how to edit content. I can take over hosting and maintenance - but that is your choice, not a condition for the site to run.

Principles

Four principles I work by.

A boutique does not win on scale. It wins on terms a large agency cannot afford to offer.

I reply within 24 hours

On business days, personally. There is no hotline, no ticket system and no “I will pass it on”. You write to me - I answer, the same person who knows your code.

The code is your property

I do not licence the site to you and I do not rent it out. The code belongs to you - ask, and you get all of it and can take it to any developer you like.

No vendor lock-in

You can order hosting and maintenance from me, but it is a service, not a condition for the site to run. I write standard Next.js with no private tricks, so moving the project elsewhere is a real option, not a theoretical one.

You approve the design before the code

Written into the contract: I do not start programming until you say “yes” to every screen. That way you never pay to rebuild something you first saw at handover.

Radosław Napora

Founder, Napora Studio

I design and code websites and online stores. I do not hire subcontractors and I do not run twenty projects at once - I take on as much as I can personally look after. If I accept your project, I lead it from the first call to launch.

FAQ

Questions?

The most common doubts about cost, timing, technology and what happens after launch.

Yes. I build on open technologies (Next.js, Payload CMS) and I do not licence the site to you - the code is your property. Ask for it and I hand it over in full, so you can develop the project with any other developer. Hosting and maintenance, if you order them from me, are a separate service you can cancel at any time.

The timeline depends on architectural complexity. Fast Next.js brochure sites I deliver in 2-3 weeks. Complex B2B platforms, headless stores or WCAG implementations typically take 6 to 10 weeks. You always get a firm schedule before signing the contract.

A marketplace template drags along code you will never use and a dozen plugins to maintain. Each one has a different author, a different release cycle and its own risk at update time. I build the architecture from scratch in Next.js: the site carries only the code it actually needs, fewer third-party plugins mean a smaller attack surface, and content is rendered on the server, so it loads fast even on a weak connection.

Yes. I implement a dedicated admin panel powered by Payload CMS. You assemble pages from ready-made blocks, so adding a page, changing pricing or publishing a post takes no code at all. After launch I walk you through the panel so you know where everything is.
