Online stores.
I code stores from scratch on MedusaJS and Next.js. You pay once for the build, not every month in rent - the code and the data stay yours, and the store grows with the business.
Diagnosis
A subscription platform rents you your store.
Three things that only surface in the third year of paying the subscription.
You pay endlessly and own nothing
A subscription from 299 zł a month upwards, plus plugins and integrations. After three years you have spent more than a store coded from scratch would cost - and you stop paying on exactly the day you lose the store.
A wall of limitations
A non-standard sales model, an integration with your ERP, your own discount logic? On an off-the-shelf platform you hit a limit you cannot work around. The platform decides what your business is allowed to do.
The same skin as your competitors
A finite set of templates makes your store look like hundreds of others. A custom look is an extra charge - and it still sits on someone else's code.
Process
How your store gets built.
From the sales model to the first order. One person runs the lot - from designing the basket to configuring the courier.
The sales model
I ask about the range, the margins, how you settle payments and who actually packs the parcels. Out of that comes the scope, the tier and a concrete quote.
The design
I design the store screen by screen: the home page, the listing, the product page, the basket and the checkout. You approve it before any code exists.
Code and integrations
I write the store from zero on MedusaJS and Next.js. I connect payments, couriers and your systems - ERP, wholesaler, mailing.
Testing and launch
I walk through every purchase scenario on every device, hand over the code and teach you the panel. From launch day you run the sales yourself.
What you get
A store you buy once.
Your own code, your own data, your own rules - with no fee for the store merely existing.
No subscription for the software
You pay once for the build. After that you are left with hosting, a domain and the standard payment-processor commission - the same one you would pay with any developer.
Technology with no ceiling
MedusaJS handles ten products and a hundred thousand alike. You add features and markets when the business needs them - not when the platform allows it.
Integrations built around your process
ERP, CRM, wholesaler, couriers, invoicing. Your business model dictates the features, not the list of plugins available in an add-on store.
A panel you understand straight away
You add products, handle orders and set up promotions without a developer. Notifications about new orders arrive on their own.
Comparison
A subscription, or a store you own.
After three years the difference is not cosmetic - it is fundamental.
A subscription platform
A store on MedusaJS
You rent it - stop paying and you lose the store
You buy once and the store stays yours
A subscription from 299 zł a month upwards
Hosting and a domain, nothing else
A finite set of templates
A design made for you alone
A feature ceiling set by the platform
Any feature and any integration
Your data and Google rankings vanish with the subscription
The data and the SEO stay on your side
Portfolio
Stores that are already selling.
Two different sales models, the same standard of build.
Pricing
What it costs.
One payment for the build instead of a subscription for years. Not sure which tier fits your model? Write to me and you will get a concrete quote.
