Websites

34 years of experience, finally online.

Some companies spend years building credibility. F.H.U. Pióro has had it since 1990 - hundreds of completed installations, projects ranging from domestic boiler rooms to large industrial facilities. There was one problem: none of it was visible. The company operated without a professional online presence, and its greatest sales asset - experience - was invisible to new customers.

The challenge

HVAC is a particular market. A customer choosing a company to install heating or ventilation decides on trust - because a mistake in an industrial installation is not a typo in an email, it is real cost and real downtime. In that context, 34 years of uninterrupted work is an argument that is hard to overstate.

F.H.U. Pióro serves homeowners looking for heating and managers of large industrial facilities at the same time. Two completely different segments, with different questions and different expectations. The site had to speak to both - without losing either along the way.

The solution

I went with a one-page site in Next.js - a simple architecture that does not scatter attention and walks the visitor through the company's story in one continuous flow.

The hero section opens with hard numbers: 34 years in business, hundreds of completed projects. No generalities - from the first seconds the visitor knows who they are dealing with. That is a deliberate decision, because in an industry where trust is the currency, numbers say more than any slogan.

The services are presented as complete solutions, "from design to servicing", with a clear split by customer segment. A homeowner and a facility manager both land on information cut to their needs, without having to wade through what does not concern them. The FAQ answers the most common questions before the customer even asks them, shortening the distance to a decision to get in touch.

Numbers as the sales argument

34 years and hundreds of projects in the hero section - because in HVAC, experience is the strongest proof of credibility.

Speaking to two segments

A homeowner and an industrial facility manager - the site addresses both without compromise.

The results

The site does what it should - it convinces a new customer before they even call. The portfolio of completed work shows the variety and scale of the projects in a way no list of services could. A customer sees an industrial boiler room and a domestic installation side by side and understands that the company handles both.

A clear information structure cut the time needed to understand the offer. Instead of asking "do you do the bigger installations too?", the customer sees the answer straight away.
